Hasan Icik (15) and his city sufi friends, musicians Siya Siyabend, search for freedom through addiction on the streets of Istanbul-Beyoglu. Following their alternate route, home to East Anatolia, one finds the road blocked by the walls of a hydraulic dam and the answers covered by a rising tide.
