Nida Sinnokrot is a Palestinian-American video artist based in New York. He developed Al-Jaz/CNN at the Independent Study Program at the Whitney Museum of Art in 2001. He is currently working on the moving image installation Grounds in Palestine, for which he was awarded a Rockefeller Foundation Fellowship this year.
